About the Role:

The Service Tech Apprentice in the pool industry plays a crucial role in supporting the maintenance, repair, and installation of our customers swimming pools and related equipment. This position is designed to provide hands-on training and practical experience under the guidance of experienced technicians, enabling the apprentice to develop technical expertise in pool systems, water chemistry, and equipment troubleshooting. The apprentice will contribute to ensuring pools operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards, enhancing customer satisfaction and safety. Over time, the role aims to build a foundation for a skilled service technician capable of independently managing service calls and complex repairs. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow within a dynamic, customer-focused environment in the pool service industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and willingness to learn technical skills.
