Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), basic medical equipment, and institutional protocols is typically necessary. Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability are important soft skills for working effectively in a fast-paced, weekend healthcare environment. These skills and qualifications are essential to ensure safe, effective patient care and to support professional growth as you transition to a fully licensed RN role.
