  • Start of Care Visit: $75/visit
  • Resumption of Care / Discharge: $65/visit
  • Regular Skilled Visit: $50/visit
  • Infusion Visits: $90 (first 2 hours), then $40/hour

  • Orientation / Training / Meetings: $20/hour
