RN Weekend Supervisor (FT)

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, this role supervises nursing personnel and oversees dayโ€‘toโ€‘day nursing activities during assigned shifts. All responsibilities must align with accepted professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans.

  • Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.

  • Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.

  • Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)

  • Current RN license in the state of employment

  • Peripheral IV certification

  • CPR/BLS certification

  • Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful
