RN Registered Nurse Supervisor (This position will be on a cart with lesser load)

Job Summary:

Join the Indian River Center team as a RN Registered Nurse Supervisor and take your career to the next level! As a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and oversee day-to-day nursing activities during assigned shifts. With a focus on quality care and patient-centered service, this full-time position offers a competitive salary, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans

  • Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes

  • Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs

  • Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)

  • Current RN license in the state of employment

  • Peripheral IV certification

  • CPR/BLS certification

  • Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful
