Candidates who are not current Ryobi employees must also apply for an open position in the applicable department through Ryobi - Career Portal. Consideration for enrollment in the apprenticeship program will take place following completion of the introductory period.
Basic Functions:
Apprentices will learn to perform the duties of their selected program through on-the-job training (6,000 or 8,000 hours - depending on trade) and formal technical education.
Summary of Program Requirements:
Complete required on-the-job training hours AND successfully complete the required curriculum outlined in the Apprenticeship Standards.
Once accepted into the program, the associate must abide by all stipulations indicated in the Apprenticeship Standards.

Performs preventive and emergency maintenance on machines and equipment to maximize production availability. Maintains maintenance records, provides backup programming, and assists operators with equipment training as needed.
Quality Control Inspector Apprentice
Performs visual and dimensional inspections, reviews CMM data, and approves or holds castings based on quality standards. Completes required paperwork accurately, conducts roaming floor inspections, and supports supervisors and engineers in problem resolution.
