Platform Integrations Architect (.NET / Azure / iPaaS / API Platform)

We are seeking a Platform Integrations Architect who will help execute and operationalize our integration strategy. This role is focused on designing and implementing integrations across products and partner systems using modern API, event-driven, and integration platform technologies.

Implement Platform Integration Architecture
  • Design and implement integrations that align with the company's API-first and event-driven architecture standards across internal products and external partner systems.
  • Translate integration strategy and architectural guidelines into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

Build and Operate Integration Platforms
  • Implement integrations using .NET, REST APIs, Azure cloud services, and modern integration patterns.
  • Configure and enable integrations using iPaaS platforms to accelerate partner connectivity.
  • Support integration patterns including:
    • API-based integrations
    • Event-driven messaging
    • Data synchronization
    • Workflow orchestration

Evolve the API Platform
  • Implement and maintain APIs leveraging API management.
  • Ensure APIs follow established standards for security, performance, documentation, and lifecycle management.
  • Help enable partner integration through well-documented APIs and integration tooling.

Mature Integration Delivery & DevOps
  • Implement DevOps practices for integrations including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation.
  • Maintain monitoring and observability for integrations to ensure reliability and operational transparency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across systems.

Collaborate Across Teams
  • Work closely with product management, architecture, and engineering teams to support end-to-end business workflows.
  • Assist engineering teams in implementing integration best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of integration tooling, patterns, and development practices.

Experience
  • 7+ years of experience building modern software systems.
  • Experience designing and implementing system integrations and API-based architectures.
  • Strong experience with .NET, C#, and REST API development.

Integration Technologies
  • Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Prismatic, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
  • Experience building and operating an integration marketplace enabling internal teams and external partners to connect through standardized APIs and integration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and distributed systems.

Cloud & Platform Skills
  • Experience building cloud-based solutions using Azure services such as API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, or Functions.
  • Understanding of event-driven architecture and modern integration patterns.

DevOps & Delivery
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience building and maintaining reliable integration pipelines and operational monitoring.

Collaboration
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across engineering, product, and support teams.
  • Ability to translate architectural guidance into practical technical implementations.
