Job Description:-

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Lead with 10–12 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering large-scale enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Microservices, SQL, and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven team leadership capabilities, driving architecture decisions, code quality, and successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. 

͏Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET, Microservices, and SQL.  
  • Provide hands-on coding support while establishing engineering best practices, coding standards, and design patterns. 
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems and APIs.  
  • Drive technical solutioning, architecture reviews, and technology adoption across projects. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. 
  • Conduct code reviews, approve code changes, and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards. 
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives. 
  • Manage technical dependencies across multiple teams and ensure seamless integration across enterprise platforms.  
  • Champion DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and engineering excellence initiatives. 

͏Required Technical Skills 

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET application development.
  • Strong expertise in Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Strong experience with SQL and database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services, including: 
  • SNS 
  • SQS 
  • CloudWatch 
  • IAM Policies  
  • Candidates with strong Azure Cloud expertise will also be considered.  
  • Experience building and supporting large-scale enterprise applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.  
  • Strong experience in production support, debugging, monitoring, and incident resolution.
