About this role

Aladdin WealthTech's mission is to transform wealth management through technology and differentiate BlackRock as a strategic partner for our clients. As technology fundamentally reshapes the global WM industry, we partner with wealth managers to enhance their value proposition to their end clients, create rigor and scale in their investment process andgrow their businessesduring a period of rapid transformation in the industry.

The Client Delivery and Execution team isresponsible for representing Aladdin's analytics and modeling capabilities to Aladdin Wealth clients, owning the technical implementation and servicing of wealth clients, and driving alignment between new client opportunities and innovation within Aladdin Wealth's product suite for major commercial strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Help lead the day-to-day client servicing and project management of client implementations and ongoing client engagements

  • Help lead client implementations, working to understand their business problems, then design and deliver solutions

  • Contribute to the build-out of product capabilities, functioning as the internal representative for clients by driving alignment between the Aladdin Wealth offering and client needs

  • Work with product managers, engineers, and researchers to help craft the product offering and support the development of core Aladdin models and risk systems

  • Build and deliver technical analyses to help clients better understand Aladdin models and how our offering can be applied their business problems

  • Participate in prospective client pitches and be the best representative for the Aladdin Wealth platform

Required Skills

  • Strong fundamental understanding of technology and financial analytics

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey sophisticated concepts simply and clearly to clients

  • The ability to face-off to external clients with solid project management and coordination skills, balancing multiple priorities simultaneously

  • The desire to have a deep understanding of analytics and our clients, applying technology to solve real business needs

  • The ability to thrive under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced environment, as well as set and meet tight deadlines

  • Experience in software engineering/development (e.g., Python, Java, R, SQL, Unix),

  • Experience implementing scalable processes, as a plus

  • Experience within the Wealth Management industry, as a plus

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$132,500.00 - USD$162,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
