We are looking for an Experienced Electrician Project Manager to work with our project management team in the office.

What Is the Role?
As part of the team the Electrician Project Manager will share in the responsibilities of:
• Project take off and close out
• Inspecting the PO processes are followed and approving PO’s
• Owning the Budget in its entirety, including change orders
• Managing inquires to and from municipal inspectors, contractors, and consultants
• Sales support and initial client consultations
• Estimating and Budgeting
• Review/inspections and accountability of entire project cycle
• Budget review, cost control, status reporting, and client presentation
• Inspection of invoicing and collections
• Project materials sourcing and negotiation with suppliers
What Are We Looking For?

• Are an Experienced Journeyperson Electrician with Project Manager experience who has led, motivated, monitored and overseen a team of electricians to ensure they produced quality work in the residential sector.
• Have experience and are interested in completing unique, technologically forward homes. Utilizing home automation, passive home techniques, green energy, etc.
• Are excited to be a part of a team that mentors apprentices, and other journeymen, and can motivate them to take pride in their work, as you do.
• Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel between projects and the office. Role does not provide company vehicle currently. Time split will be roughly 70% office vs site visits.
