Millwright Position Summary:

Installs, maintains and repairs of a variety of piping and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings in industrial establishment, using hoists, lift trucks, hand-tools, and power tools: Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.

Hiring Requirements for Millwright:

  • High School or Vocational High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical trades (i.e. plumbing, pipefitting, or other mechanical installation).
  • Successful completion of the Millwright Apprenticeship program, Millwright certification through an accredited program, and/or applicable welding licenses.
  • OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
  • Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
