Precision Today is hiring 3rd and 4th Year Sponsored Plumbing Apprentices to join our service team in Franklin Park!
We're looking for motivated and dependable apprentices who already have hands-on plumbing experience and are ready to continue building their skills alongside experienced Licensed Plumbers. This is a great opportunity to continue your apprenticeship, gain additional residential service experience, and grow your plumbing career with an established team!
Join our Team & Earn Up to $5,000 in Sign-On Bonuses!
Sign-On Bonus Payout:
After 1 month: $500
After 3 months: $1,000
After 6 months: $1,500
After 12 months: $2,000
Total Potential Bonus: $5,000
**Sign-on bonus is paid in installments and is contingent upon maintaining active employment and remaining in good standing through each milestone**
Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside Licensed Plumbers on residential service calls
  • Assist with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems
  • Help install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and other plumbing equipment
  • Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance under proper supervision
  • Learn troubleshooting techniques, plumbing codes, and safe work practices
  • Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicles clean and organized
  • Provide professional and courteous service in customers' homes
  • Participate in ongoing training and hands-on learning

Qualifications:
  • 3rd or 4th Year Sponsored Plumbing Apprentice
  • Minimum 3+ years on a sponsored card through an approved plumbing apprenticeship program
  • Hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and materials
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow direction and work alongside experienced plumbers
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in residential environments and confined spaces
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience with tablets or mobile dispatch software is a plus
  • Ability to successfully complete our hiring process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
