How You Will Make an Impact

  • Complete demo, prep, installation, finish work, and cleanup.
  • Install wet-area bath and shower systems using company-approved methods.
  • Perform plumbing work related to bath and shower installations.
  • Complete basic electrical work commonly required for walk-in bath installations.

  • Install glass panels, doors, fixtures, trim, hardware, and final details.
  • Keep projects on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Train, direct, and mentor the assigned Apprentice Installer.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project.
  • Take ownership of jobsite quality, cleanliness, safety, and customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean and reliable driving record.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on residential bath, shower, walk-in tub, remodeling, or closely related installation experience.
  • Ability to lead a helper or apprentice on residential job sites.
  • Strong working knowledge of plumbing related to bath and shower installations.
  • Basic electrical ability for common walk-in bath installation needs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot framing, plumbing, layout, and field-condition issues.
  • Ability to install wall systems, fixtures, trim, glass panels/doors, and related hardware.
  • Comfortable working in occupied homes with strong customer service standards.
  • Ability to lift materials, work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and perform physical installation work.
  • Strong attention to detail, safety, cleanliness, and finish quality.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with wet-area remodels, shower systems, walk-in tubs, stone-composite wall systems, or similar products.
  • Experience running a two-person install crew.
  • Experience training apprentices or helpers.
  • Ability to read job packets, measurements, layouts, and installation specifications.
  • Drywall patching experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Established Lead + Helper pairs are welcome to apply or discuss opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay: $30–$35+ per hour, depending on experience.
  • Opportunity for performance review and pay growth based on proven skill and execution.
  • Overtime potential.
  • Bi-weekly pay.
  • Employee Stock Ownership Program, 100% employee-owned company.
