We serve tens of thousands of customers and invest heavily in marketing, technology, and talent. Our vision is to become the most trusted home services ecosystem in America and beyond.

Joining us means stepping into a fast-scaling platform with national ambitions, where top performers don't just earn, they build careers, lead teams, and shape the future.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proven A-player in Painting Sales, someone who consistently drives $100K+ in monthly project volume and is ready for the next challenge.

This is more than a sales job. It's a chance to:

  • Build and scale a new nationwide painting division inside Home Alliance.
  • Be among the first movers, with a clear path to Sales Manager, Regional Manager, or even Managing Partner.
  • Leverage our ecosystem that provides exclusive high-quality leads, supplier partnerships, and back-office support, so you can focus on growth and execution.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients from exclusive inbound leads.
  • Present and sell professional interior & exterior painting solutions with strong closing skills.
  • Manage the full project cycle: sales estimate crew management client satisfaction.
  • Build, manage, and expand your own painting crew(s).
  • Ensure projects meet the highest quality, compliance, and customer standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven record of $100K+/month in painting or related project sales.
  • 3+ years of in-home/commercial sales experience in painting or home improvement.
  • Knowledge of paint products, materials, suppliers, and local sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow into leadership/partnership roles.

What We Provide

  • Exclusive inbound leads.
  • Established painting crew/team under your leadership.
  • A nationwide growth platform with infrastructure and systems.
  • Supplier relationships and backup crews for added capacity.
  • Back-office support for contracts, payments, and client management.
  • A clear career path from Independent Sales Manager Partner.

Compensation

  • Profit-share model: We provide the leads, you close the deals, and we split profits transparently.
  • No income cap - top performers here scale into multiple six-figure earnings.

If you're a top closer with a crew and want more than just commission, if you want a seat at the table, ownership upside, and a platform to build on, this is your opportunity.
