Job Overview:
 
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver ES&H and construction safety training programs to craft employees and project teams.
  • Develop, revise, and implement safety training curriculum and orientation programs.
  • Conduct skills verification, capability assessments, and apprentice mentoring.
  • Identify training gaps and provide corrective training solutions.
  • Coordinate training schedules, instructors, facilities, and evaluations.
  • Supervise craft trainers and evaluators as needed.
  • Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with ES&H and construction teams to improve safety performance.
  • Support project safety initiatives and ensure OSHA compliance.
  • Travel between project locations to conduct training activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience.
  • 9–12 years of related work experience.
  • OSHA 30 Certification required.
  • Experience delivering construction or industrial safety training.
  • Experience developing safety training curriculum and orientation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of ES&H regulations and construction safety standards.
  • Valid US Driver’s License.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
