Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and reliability of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This hands-on role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently to support production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and fabrication-related equipment
  • Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and manufacturer specifications
  • Support and maintain preventive maintenance programs and documentation
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects
  • Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production personnel
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, Arc Flash, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety requirements
  • Perform welding, fabrication, machining, and equipment modifications as needed
