You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, fixing, replacing, installing, and repairing various electrical equipment in homes, businesses, and factories. You're familiar with using the latest hand and power tools, adhere to national and local safety codes, and have completed your licensing, training, and apprenticeship requirements. Responsibilities: Diagnose any issues in electrical wiring, switches, motors, and other equipment.

Replace or install components, wiring, and other devices to fix electrical problems. Ability to use industry-related hand and power tools. Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems.

Troubleshoot motor and control systems in industrial and commercial applications. Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems. Run conduit with sizes up to four inches with no assistance.

Terminate motors and transformers. Use threaders, big pipe benders, and tuggers. Ensure a safe work environment by observing company protocols and OSHA safety regulations.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking talents. Encourage an environment of continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental habits. Analyze issues affecting electrical wiring, switches, motors, and other equipment.

Assemble and install components, wiring, and other devices to repair electrical issues. Utilize industry-specific hand and power tools. Implement various raceway and cable tray systems.

Diagnose motor and control systems in industrial and commercial spaces. Keep up with maintenance of electrical wiring and systems. Lay down conduit with sizes up to 4" with no instruction.

Requirements Proven experience as an Electrical Journeyman or related field. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when performing job tasks. Possess the capacity to work both inside and outside, and working at heights of 6 feet or more.

Show up to work promptly and maintain a satisfactory attendance record. Work all designated shifts. Cooperate in 8-hour shifts/40-hour work weeks - and any extra hours, if requested.

Demonstrate ability to work individually or as part of a team. Handle the workspace with cleanliness and orderliness. Project the highest level of manners and courtesy when engaging with customers and colleagues.

Exhibit leadership skills and have the capacity to plan projects ahead of time. Able to travel out of town during the week, when requested. Must have Electrical Journeyman license in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.
