Position Summary:

As an HVAC Apprentice, you'll work alongside seasoned HVAC technicians to install, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with installation and service of residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Help load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites

Support technicians in diagnosing system issues and performing repairs

Learn to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

Maintain a clean and organized job site and service vehicle

Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

Communicate respectfully and clearly with team members and customers

Attend training sessions and pursue licensing or certification as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team setting
