Web Designer II – UX Designer / Web & Email Developer (Hybrid)We are seeking a talented Web Designer II – UX Designer / Web & Email Developer to join our team in a hybrid role that blends UX design with front-end web and email development. This position focuses on creating engaging, accessible, and responsive digital experiences across websites and HTML-based email campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, brand, and creative teams. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate UX deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, and user flowsDesign and develop responsive web pages and reusable web componentsBuild and maintain HTML-based email templatesEnsure designs meet accessibility (ADA/WCAG) and responsive design standardsMaintain and update front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptWork within CMS platforms and design systems to support page builds and updatesCollaborate with marketing, brand, and creative teams on digital initiativesPerform quality assurance testing across browsers, devices, and email clientsTroubleshoot layout, rendering, and performance issuesRequired QualificationsExperience3–5 years of experience in UX design, web development, and/or email developmentTechnical SkillsUX design tools: Figma, Adobe XDFront-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScriptStrong understanding of responsive design principlesExperience working with CMS platforms (Adobe AEM preferred)Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Eloqua is a plus)Preferred SkillsExperience designing within enterprise design systemsKnowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)Experience collaborating in Agile or cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail and visual consistency
