Position Purpose:
The Sr. Analyst, Pricing Analytics will support The Home Depot's delivery pricing strategy by designing and scaling data-driven pricing tests, influencing cross-functional execution, and driving enterprise decisions to optimize delivery fees, thresholds, and margin performance.
The Sr. Analyst will perform analysis of data, build presentations, and will solve business questions using their insights, analytics, and judgement. The Sr. Analyst will work with cross functional partners to ensure end to end thinking on strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • 50% Design, implement and measure pricing actions to understand the trade-off between units, sales and gross margin. Utilize learnings to help merchants reach financial objectives
  • 20% Conduct research to become subject matter expert on a specific segment of pricing and statistical analysis
  • 10% Work across the organization and leverage cross functional teams to provide expert analytical support (i.e. domestic logistics or global supply chain costs
  • 20% Develop and deliver influential presentations that summarize complex analyses and drive effective business decisions

Travel Requirements:
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:
