Overview:

We are building a pipeline of early-career and apprentice-level talent to support electrical, mechanical, and industrial maintenance work across power generation and industrial environments. This pipeline focuses on individuals with foundational technical training or hands-on experience who are looking to grow into skilled trades roles through project-based and field assignments.
