Compensation & Equipment Support:

  • Performance-based project completion bonuses available 
  • Flexible scheduling per project. Hours determined by project scope and timing 
  • Tools, uniforms, and equipment provided for project completion 
Deliver custom storage installations by turning design plans into finished, functional spaces. This role calls for strong problem-solving skills, the ability to measure, cut, and adapt materials on site, and the discipline to complete projects accurately and on schedule.
Availability: Project-based with growing availability
Responsibilities:
  • Install custom closet systems in homes or businesses
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail and communication 
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
  • Coordinate project schedules with clients and other contributors 
  • Adhere to agreed work specifications and safety guidelines 
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Proficient with common carpentry tools and installation equipment 
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform physical tasks 
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
  • Valid driver's license 
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Carpentry, cabinetry, or technical/vocational training preferred 
  • Experience assembling or installing furniture 
  • Background in custom, trim, or cabinet carpentry is a plus
