Job description

IMMEDIATE POSITIONS AVAILABLE!!

Employment type: full-time

We are looking for an apprentice fire sprinkler fitter in Colorado. This is an entry level position for someone who would like to start a career in an essential life safety industry. The applicant would have to be willing to start the fire sprinkler apprenticeship program.

This position is field based. It is typically a 12 hour day from beginning to end with travel time to and from the job site. It is manual labor in all weather conditions. The job is typically inside a building that is under construction.

Job Requirements: Willing to learn, work hard and show up for work - on time. Construction background considered an asset. Fire Sprinkler experience preferred but not required.

Help the sprinkler fitter with day to day activities.

  • Climbing ladders
  • Use scissor lifts
  • Use 300 threading machine
  • Carry up to 100lbs occasionally, 50lbs regularly
  • Use basic hand tools (cordless drill, wrenches, saw etc.)
  • Take direction
  • Work unsupervised at times.

We will train you.

Ability to travel and stay out of town to work required.

A valid Driver's License with a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD and able to pass a background check are required.
