  • A Positive & Friendly Attitude

  • To be a Licensed Automotive Service Technician (2 years preferred). BMW dealership experience is an asset.
  • Thorough knowledge of mechanical repairs/procedures and of Provincial Safety Standards
  • Valid Ontario Driver’s License and clean driver's abstract.

Specific job functions…

  • Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs with efficiency and quality workmanship
  • Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures.
  • Perform warranty repairs in accordance with MINI's Policies and Procedures, including proper documentation, return of warranty parts, etc.…
  • Attend MINI and company training courses as required.
  • Keep current with factory technical bulletins
  • Assists in training and supervising apprentice technician
  • Produce quality work that evidences pride of workmanship.
  • Performing road tests using safe driving standards
  • Ensures that customer cars are kept clean.
  • Maintain a safe, organized and neat work area
