  • Monitor calls, texts, emails, leads, appointments, and follow-up activity.
  • Track appointments, show rates, closing ratios, and sales results.
  • Conduct daily team huddles and performance meetings.
  • Train team members on phone, text, email, and appointment-setting skills.
  • Review CRM activity and ensure proper lead follow-up.
  • Work with Sales Management and Client Advisors to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Learn the complete vehicle sales process from initial customer contact through delivery.
  • Conduct needs analysis, vehicle presentations, and test drives.
  • Learn how to structure and present a vehicle deal.

  • Learn how to properly appraise a customer's trade-in vehicle.
  • Learn how to evaluate vehicle condition, equipment, market data, and trade value.
  • Learn how to quote transportation costs and coordinate vehicle transportation.
  • Learn how to calculate and present payment options.
  • Learn how to submit a complete credit application and deal to the appropriate lender.
  • Learn how to work with lenders and understand the approval process.
  • Learn how to complete and present a finance menu with the customer.
  • Learn the fundamentals of F&I products, finance terms, lender requirements, and compliance.
  • Complete the entire vehicle sale without the assistance of a Sales Team Leader.
  • Manage the customer experience from the initial lead all the way through delivery.
  • Help onboard and train new BDC team members.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and performance feedback.
