Job description

LEAD CARPENTER

Bring serious craftsmanship to projects that demand it.


McKenzie Craft fabricates custom millwork out of our 25,000 sq ft shop in Miami. We are looking for a Lead Carpenter who can interpret shop drawings, run advanced work, and produce cabinetry, furniture, and architectural elements at a luxury standard.


What you will do

Fabricate and install cabinetry, furniture, fixtures, and architectural millwork

Work fluently across solid wood, solid surface, plastics, acrylics, aluminum, and brass

Hit hourly production targets while holding our quality bar

Operate shop tools and equipment safely and effectively

Keep tools, station, and workspace tight and ready


What you bring

Strong blueprint reading and accurate measurements

Effective verbal and written communication

High school diploma or equivalent

Hourly, non-exempt. Reports to the Production Foreman.
