Plumbing Foreman - Direct Hire

$40-$50/hr DOE + Full Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to join a growing and well-established mechanical contractor serving commercial, industrial, and institutional clients throughout Connecticut. This is a direct hire opportunity with our client, offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and a strong pipeline of work.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading plumbing crews, coordinating daily jobsite activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead plumbing crews on commercial construction projects
  • Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, and jobsite workflow
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, project requirements, and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
  • Monitor project progress and maintain schedules
  • Order materials and manage jobsite inventory as needed
  • Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
  • Mentor apprentices and support crew development
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications
  • Valid Connecticut P-2 or P-1 Plumbing License preferred
  • 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
  • Previous Foreman or leadership experience
