The Position:

  • Prepare, cook, and present food for cafe, kiosks, and catered events, ensuring quality and consistency.

  • Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and collaborate with the team for smooth kitchen operations.

The Person:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or senior cook, with Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Ability to perform well in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
