We are looking for a Carpenter Foreman to lead crews and support field operations across multiple active projects.

Job Summary

The Carpenter Foreman will oversee daily field operations, manage carpentry and drywall crews, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on construction knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple phases of interior construction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise carpentry and drywall crews on job sites
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Oversee framing, blocking, backing, and carpentry support for drywall systems
  • Assign daily tasks and manage workflow to meet project schedules
  • Ensure quality control and proper installation standards are met
  • Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site organization
  • Maintain OSHA-compliant safety standards at all times
  • Communicate with project managers regarding progress and field conditions
  • Solve jobsite issues quickly to avoid delays

Requirements
