  • Identify and rectify defects before final handover.

  • 4-6 years of experience in high end interior finish carpentry, and related trade.
  • Prior on-site management or lead experience preferred.
  • Ability to complete projects within budget.

  • Ability to use measurement tools accurately.
  • Experience with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and job site safety practices.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs while working in physically demanding environments.
  • Reliable with strong work ethics and attention to detail.
