Job description

LEAD CARPENTER

Bring serious craftsmanship to projects that demand it.


McKenzie Craft fabricates custom millwork out of our 25,000 sq ft shop in Miami. We are looking for a Lead Carpenter who can interpret shop drawings, run advanced work, and produce cabinetry, furniture, and architectural elements at a luxury standard.


What you will do

• Fabricate and install cabinetry, furniture, fixtures, and architectural millwork

• Work fluently across solid wood, solid surface, plastics, acrylics, aluminum, and brass

• Hit hourly production targets while holding our quality bar

• Operate shop tools and equipment safely and effectively

• Keep tools, station, and workspace tight and ready
