We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of call center representatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching and training to call center representatives to improve performance
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Prepare and present reports on call center performance to senior management
Requirements:
