Are you an experienced Machine Operator or Band Saw Operator looking for a stable career with competitive pay and opportunities to grow? Apache Workforce is hiring dependable, safety-focused professionals to join a leading industrial manufacturing team in Houston.

If you have experience operating HYDMECH band saws, CNC equipment, plasma tables, laser cutters, or other fabrication machinery, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do
  • Safely operate HYDMECH band saws and other fabrication equipment
  • Operate plasma cutters, laser cutters, CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders, and robotic welding equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, cut lists, and Bills of Material (BOMs)
  • Measure, mark, and cut materials with precision
  • Load CNC programs and adjust machine settings, including speeds, gas settings, torch height, and stops
  • Inspect finished cuts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve machine or cutting issues
  • Understand beam geometry, nesting, and structural material layouts
  • Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials
  • Complete routine machine maintenance and inspections
  • Maintain production records and inventory documentation
  • Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S principles
  • Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety procedures

✔ 2+ years of machine operation or fabrication experience
