What Youll Do

  • Assist with mechanical tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians
  • Work directly around aircraft, helping with basic repairs, inspections, and shop support
  • Use hand and power tools to complete repairs, adjustments, and basic assembly work
  • Learn diagnostic skills to identify issues and support troubleshooting
  • Support shop operations including organization, cleaning, and equipment prep
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, efficient workspace
  • Document work completed as part of your training and development
