Mobile Smart Repair & PDR Technician

Position: Mobile Vehicle Repair Technician
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Whether you are an experienced mobile repairer or looking to transition from a panel shop to one of our state-of-the-art repair vans, this could be the opportunity you are looking for!!

RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Perform minor damage repairs on vehicles
  • Determine the correct paint color for each vehicle
  • Prepare and paint vehicle panels
  • Buff panels as necessary
  • Respray or touch up any damaged areas
  • Travel to customer locations for on-site repairs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Trade qualifications or nearing completion of an apprenticeship in spray painting
  • Knowledge of water-based paint is a plus but not required
  • Expertise in paint application
  • Proficient in color mixing and matching
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications - Qualified trade qualification for vehicle repair and painting.
