True North Classical Academies, a network of high-achieving classical schools in Miami, FL, is seeking passionate and eager apprentice educators to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year.

We are specifically looking for emerging teachers with a desire to gain experience, learn extensively from their peers, and jumpstart their careers in the field of education. Ideal candidates will be excited to assist established True North teachers in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development. Apprentice teachers will primarily interact with Elementary or Middle School students.

  • Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from a fully accredited college or university.

  • Certification is not required to teach at True North.

  • Candidates align with the classical liberal arts curriculum and philosophy employed at True North Classical Academy.
