Minimum Requirements And Qualification
Education & Experience
  1. Transitioning service member with aviation maintenance background and at least 6 months remaining on their military contract/terminal leave (Air Force, Navy, Marines, Army, Coast Guard, DHS)
  2. Ability to read/interpret technical manuals and schematics in the English language
  3. Proficiency with hand tools, test equipment, and Microsoft Office
  4. Meets physical requirements for climbing, lifting, kneeling, and working at heights
Major Responsibility Areas And Duties
  1. Perform supervised inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft systems and components.
  2. Apply proper documentation and routing of discrepancies per FAA and company procedures.
  3. Support tooling setup, troubleshooting, and escalation processes to maintain safety and reliability.
  4. Maintain accurate OJT records and training logs for FAA certification review.
Additional Duties
  1. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  2. Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives as assigned.
  3. Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a strong willingness to learn.
  4. Perform other related duties as assigned in support of maintenance operations.
