Homerun Building Supply

Indianapolis, IN • On-site

Key responsibilities

  • Post and manage house kit listings on Facebook Marketplace and work leads inside Facebook's Seller app.

  • Gather lead information such as names, phone numbers, emails, and build locations, and log all leads into the CRM.

  • Book qualified prospects onto the calendar for sales conversations.

Job description

We sell the American Dream in a kit.

Homerun Building Supply ships American-made house kits, steel building kits, and garages to owner-builders and contractors nationwide. Our leads don't need convincing — they're already asking. We need someone to catch them before they cool off.

Work from anywhere in the U.S. If you've got a phone, a laptop, and a reason to hustle, your zip code is irrelevant to us.

What you'll do

Post and manage our house kit listings on Facebook Marketplace, pulled straight from our website

Work leads inside Facebook's new Seller app — this is non-negotiable, it's where the volume lives

Get names, phone numbers, emails, and build locations out of Marketplace conversations

Log every lead into our CRM — clean, complete, same day

Book qualified prospects onto the calendar for a real sales conversation

What we're looking for

You answer messages fast. Minutes, not hours

Comfortable on your phone and a computer at the same time — Seller app in one hand, CRM in the other

You can ask "what's your budget and where are you building?" without flinching

Organized. If it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen

Construction or home sales background is a plus, not a requirement

The deal — read this part twice

This is commission only. No hourly, no base, no draw. You eat what you kill:

$1,000 for every lead you source that closes. Flat. Per deal.

5% of the profit — ongoing — on any lead that turns into a contractor account. Builders buy kits over and over. Land one, and that account pays you every time it orders. Forever.

No cap. No territory. Nationwide leads, so you're never boxed into one market.

We're not looking for someone who wants a paycheck for showing up. We want a hunter who'd rather own the upside than punch a clock. If you need a base to make rent next month, this isn't your job and we'd rather tell you now.

Where this goes

This role is the front door, not the ceiling. Setters who prove they can hold a conversation and read a buyer get moved up to closer — running the full sale from first message to signed contract, at closer commission. We'd rather promote someone who already knows our product than hire a stranger.

What we're not

We're not a call center. No scripts read word-for-word, no cubicle, no 40-page onboarding deck. Small team, direct communication, and you'll talk to the owner every week.
