Job description

Appointment Setter - Medical Aesthetics Marketing

Position: Appointment Setter

Location: Remote (US-based or Canada must align with EST/CST)

Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Compensation: Commission-based with guaranteed floor ($3,000/month minimum)

Openings: Multiple

ABOUT THE ROLE

A fast-growing marketing company that serves medical aesthetics professionals is looking for Appointment Setters to join a dedicated managed team. The company generates leads through paid advertising for its clients - med spas, aesthetic clinics, and medical professionals - and appointment setting is a core part of the service.

Currently at 13 clients and scaling to 50 within 60 days, this is a ground-floor opportunity to join a company in rapid growth mode. You'll be the first voice a potential patient hears after they express interest, and your job is to turn that interest into a booked appointment - quickly, warmly, and consistently.

This role is ideal for someone who knows the aesthetics world firsthand, thrives on high-volume outreach, and shows up every single day ready to perform. The current pain point is inconsistency - the team needs people who are skilled AND reliable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

High-Volume Outbound Calling

Make 400+ dials per day using a power dialer system

Contact new leads within 5 minutes of submission (speed-to-lead is the top priority)

Cycle through older uncontacted leads after hitting all fresh leads

Manage leads for up to 3 clients simultaneously

Appointment Booking

Book qualified appointments for med spa and aesthetics clients

Target 40+ booked appointments per client per month

Confirm appointments via text/call and reduce no-show rates

Maintain accurate records in GoHighLevel (GHL)

Lead Management

Work company-generated leads - no cold prospecting required

Prioritize leads by recency and engagement level

Follow structured call scripts while maintaining a natural, warm tone

Track and report daily KPIs (dials, contacts, appointments booked)

SCHEDULE

Core Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, 5 days per week

Weekend Coverage: ~4 hours Saturday + ~4 hours Sunday (staggered shifts across the team)

Rotation Model: Some setters work Mon-Fri, others Tue-Sat - each person gets 1-2 days off per week

IMPORTANT NOTES

This isn't a role where you'll be making cold calls to uninterested strangers. Every lead you contact has already raised their hand - they clicked an ad, filled out a form, and expressed interest in a treatment. Your job is to be fast, warm, and helpful. The people who thrive here are the ones who genuinely understand the aesthetics space, care about connecting with people, and show up consistently. If you're skilled but unreliable, this isn't the right fit. If you're dependable, high-energy, and know what it feels like to walk into a med spa - we want to hear from you.

Requirements

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Requirements

1-2 years minimum experience in appointment setting or high-volume outbound calling

Neutral American or Canadian accent - required (US-based or Latin America both welcome)

Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar power dialer / CRM systems

Comfortable making 400+ dials per day in a fast-paced environment

Personal familiarity with med spa or aesthetic treatments (Botox, fillers, etc.) - you understand the client's world because you live in it

Reliable and consistent - showing up on time, every shift, is non-negotiable

Self-motivated and able to work independently from a home office

Must provide your own laptop (no other equipment required)

Available to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday

Willing to cover weekend shifts (~4 hours Saturday + ~4 hours Sunday on a staggered rotation)

Nice to Have

Bilingual (Spanish) - the company serves practices in Miami and Houston with Spanish-speaking patients

Experience in medical, health, or beauty industries

Familiarity with appointment-setting metrics and KPI tracking

Previous experience working with marketing agencies or lead generation companies

Benefits
