What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and schedule in-home appointments
  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads
  • Support telemarketing campaigns and assist with lead generation
  • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries confidently
  • Collaborate with the team to improve call strategies and boost performance
