Job description

Call Center Appointment Setter – Roofing Leads (Entry-Level, Hourly)

Replace Pros is hiring Call Center Appointment Setters to help generate qualified roofing and storm appointments for the sales team. This is an entry-level role designed for people who want to get into sales, learn quickly, and create a path into bigger opportunities over time.

You do not need roofing experience or a long sales background. If you can communicate clearly, follow a script, stay organized, and keep a positive attitude, you can do well here.

What you’ll do

You will:

• Call homeowners from targeted lists and work incoming opportunities

• Use a simple script to qualify roof and storm-related interest

• Handle basic objections and build enough interest to set appointments

• Schedule appointments for Storm Reps and document activity clearly

Everyone in the call center starts as an appointment setter. From there, strong performers can grow into bigger opportunities over time based on skill, consistency, and results.

Pay and opportunity

This role starts at approximately $20/hour as a W-2 position.

This is a strong starting point for someone who wants to learn sales, build confidence on the phone, and prove they can perform in a fast-moving environment. For the right person, it can become the beginning of a much bigger income path inside the business.

Why people apply

This role is a good fit for someone who wants:

• An entry-level opportunity with real upside

• A structured role where training is provided

• A chance to break into sales without prior roofing experience

• A place to prove themselves and grow

Experience in customer service, retail, call centers, collections, hospitality, or any people-facing role can help, but it is not required. What matters most is attitude, consistency, and the willingness to learn.
