Spray Foam Insulation Technician — New Berlin, WI

If you have 2+ years of experience as a spray foam technician, this job might be ideal for you.

Since we're almost entirely "new build projects", we work with air and vapor barriers, waterproofing, insulation and fire resistive products in open, clean and non-confined spaces.

And unlike a lot of shops in this trade, we provide fresh air supply sources for all our installers, all the time. This is technical work, and we invest in doing it right and safely.

What the job involves:

  • Generally outside work on new builds or additions for higher end commercial projects (90%).
  • Job sites across SE Wisconsin - no two days are carbon copies of the one before.
  • You can expect some travel with overnight stays during peak seasons, but if you're on an out-of-town job, you'll get travel time pay and per diem.
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week all year round.
  • Physical work: lifting 50+ lbs safely, working outdoors, comfortable with your hands
  • And - no hot attics

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license, able to pull a 20-foot trailer
  • Hardworking self-starter who can work independently
  • Experience as a spray foam installation technician is a huge plus

Pay & Perks:

  • $27–$40/hour based on experience, role, and performance
  • 1.5x over 40 hrs per week
  • Drive time to out of town jobs is PAID
  • 90-day and quarterly performance reviews give you a real path to pay increases

  • We'll also train the right candidate coming from residential or commercial construction — prior experience with spray applied foam, vapor barrier systems, or commercial construction is required.
