OB Sonographer | El Paso, TX | Full-Time & PRN (As Needed)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Perform sonographic procedures
  • Travel to clinic sites within your assigned area
  • Inspect and review patient charts, reports, lab results, and medical history
  • Create reports to assist the physician with documentation
  • Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule-out patient/fetus anomalies
  • Communicate sonographic findings to physician
  • Provide visual sonographic guidance to complete successful amniocentesis
  • Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery
  • Restock sonography rooms with required supplies for sonography performance
  • Increase your knowledge of diseases and new procedures through CMEs
  • Other duties assigned by managers

IS THIS YOU?
  • Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited educational program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with an OB/GYN specialty
  • 1+ years OB and or MFM sonography experience
  • Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related to OB/GYN specialty
  • Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound
  • Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future
DO YOU SCORE ANY BONUS POINTS?
  • Registered in Fetal Echocardiogram (FE)
  • Credentialed in Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone, and Cervical Length
  • Bachelor's degree in Sonography or other related fields of study
