Job Description
Join Teledyne Scientific & Imaging as a Research Scientist!
Define, develop, and deliver innovative solutions for advanced technology applications
Conduct research in artificial intelligence, autonomy, target detection & tracking, and decision systems
Design and implement advanced algorithms on PC, GPU, and embedded architectures
Perform sophisticated signal processing, statistical analysis, and systems engineering tasks
Support hardware/software integration, testing, and evaluation of applied technologies
Contribute to technical reports, presentations, and collaborative research proposals
Travel occasionally to support programs and collaborations (less than 5%)
Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
0-5 years of post-doctoral or equivalent research experience
Proficiency in scientific programming with Python
Hands-on experience with C and/or C++
Strong background in signal processing and statistical analysis
Experience with CUDA and GPU programming (strongly desired)
