Job Summary:
The Swift Group, LLC is a leader in national security and technology solutions, seeking a Cryptanalytic Computer Scientist to join their OPS Consulting team. The role involves designing, developing, and applying solutions to complex cryptologic and computational problems using advanced computer science and mathematical techniques.
Responsibilities:
• Experience in computer science (theoretical or applied), including algorithm development and analytic problem solving
• Strong foundation in mathematics and computational methods
• Experience designing, developing, and evaluating models, methods, and/or techniques to solve complex problems
• Exposure to areas such as high performance computing, engineering (electrical or computer), or applied mathematics
• Strong analytical and discovery-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience in computer science (theoretical or applied), including algorithm development and analytic problem solving
• Strong foundation in mathematics and computational methods

• Must include at least one programming course and four upper-level math courses (Calculus and above)
• A Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR
• A Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR
• A Doctoral degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR
• An Associate’s degree with 10 years of clearly related experience
• Degree must be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics (including Applied Math), or related field
• Must include at least one programming course and four upper-level math courses (Calculus and above)
• A Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of relevant experience, OR
• A Master’s degree with 9 years of relevant experience, OR
• A Doctoral degree with 7 years of relevant experience, OR
