Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively Perform carpet, floor, and specialty cleaning services using company methods and equipment.
    (Opportunities exist to earn Mold Mitigation; Fire & Water Damage Restoration certifications and experience quickly).
    (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the experience level of the technician. Hourly rate increases as experience and certifications are gained in water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added. Commissions are possible on top of hourly rate) 
  • Complete documentation, work orders, and daily logs accurately.
  • Communicate professionally with customers to explain services and progress.
  • Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle.
  • Keep company vehicles stocked and organized with necessary supplies.
  • Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
  • Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
  • Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
    • Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)* preferred but not required
  • Opportunities to advance into:
    • Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) 
    • Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) 
    • Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)
    • Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS)
    • Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)
  • Basic math skills to determine equipment needs and setup
  • Comfortable with mobile apps and basic computer/email use
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
  • Physically able to lift and move equipment, work in varied environments, and be on your feet most of the day
