About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced AMC Math Instructor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in competitive mathematics and a proven ability to prepare students for high-level math contests, including AMC 8, AMC 10, AMC 12, and AIME.
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is strongly preferred, as many of our students are bilingual learners.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons that build problem-solving and analytical skills aligned with AMC standards.
  • Provide targeted instruction and feedback to help students improve contest performance.
  • Create practice problems, quizzes, and review materials for AMC and AIME preparation.
  • Track student progress and adjust teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate with the academic coordination team to develop curriculum materials and enrichment content.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Applied Math, or a related STEM field.
  • 2+ years of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably with middle or high school students.
  • Deep familiarity with AMC-style problem solving and mathematical reasoning.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Mandarin & English) preferred but not required.
  • Passion for inspiring students to enjoy mathematics and develop competition-level skills.
