As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), one of the most effective evidence-based therapies available.


No ABA experience? No problem.We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills
  • Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies
  • Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress
  • Communicate professionally with families and caregivers
  • Attend ongoing training and team meetings

Typical Sessions:

  • 2-5 hours per session
  • Children primarily ages 3-17 years
  • Afternoon and evening schedules

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Experience working with children is a plus, but not required
  • Available a minimum of15 hours per week
  • Afternoon/evening availability between1:00 PM and 8:00 PM
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance and registration
  • Willing to travel up to25 milesfrom your home for client sessions
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable learning data collection and behavior intervention techniques
