Job Summary

Evolve ABA Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide services to our in-home clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs. This role requires a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral changes.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.

  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

  • Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families on behavior management techniques.
