Responsibilities:

Under the direction of School Administration, the Clinical Classroom Support Specialist (CCSS) is responsible for assisting in the assessment of student behavior using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as supporting the design and implementation of student Behavior Intervention Plans. The Clinical Classroom Support Associate will evaluate data to assess progress, prepare documentation and reports, and participate in collaborative meetings as needed. The Clinical Classroom Support Associate is also responsible for training employees (Classroom Support Providers) in accordance with the CSP job description.

Qualifications:

  • Coursework in Child Development, Psychology, Behavior Analysis, and/or related courses.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
  • Prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, clinical supervision, and experience with individuals with autism and related developmental disorders required.
